Busy No Transfer Answering Services - Traditional call forwarding requires you to select the line you want to forward and dial an access code followed by the number you want to forward to.  Your current phone provider should also offer ?Busy/No Answer Transfer?.  A Busy/No Answer Transfer will set a predetermined number of rings chosen by Phone Company after which your call will forward to our answering service if you?re unavailable to answer.  If your phone lines are busy this is similar but forwards the call to our answering service when you are on the phone so you don?t miss out on any new business opportunities. Some phone companies can let you dial a toll free number and walk through a series of prompts to forward your number while you?re out of office.  This service can be used from anywhere, and you do not need to be calling from the number you want to forward to our telephone answering service, so it is a very convenient option but you will need to check with your current phone provider to make sure this option is available.
